Candidates are admitted to the skill moulding program after a Transfo Banking Aptitude Test (Online Proctored Exam) conducted by MeritTrac (one of the leading online assessment companies in India.)

The test consists of the following:
(1) Reasoning,
(2) Quantitative  Aptitude
(3) Verbal Analysis (English Language)

Registration will open on 5th October 2022. Registration fee: Rs 1500 /-

Those who score 40 % and above in the test can join the skill moulding program. Cost of the program is Rs 19800/-. Those who secure < 40 % can join for a preparatory course (36 hours online) with a fee of Rs 9800/-, The candidates will be trained on how to qualify the aptitude test and they will be given two free opportunities for qualifying the test. Then they can join for the skill moulding program by paying Rs 14800 only after qualifying the aptitude test.

We are providing a short-term banking orientation cum skill building/moulding program (36 hours online program- 24 days of 1.5 hours each (7 PM-8.30 PM) for candidates interested in banking career. The skill building program targets at developing candidates to be productive from day one. We also train the candidates for clearing NISM-MF certification program also which is a mandatory certification for Bank officers.

Those who successfully complete the skill building/moulding program and NISM certification will be kept in our Talent Pool after a level 1 interview by us and will be referred to various banks & NBFCs for various entry level officer posts such as PO/RO/SO/ PB/ CCO etc. depending on the vacancies and merit of the candidates.

We have made arrangements with different private sector banks & NBFCs in this regard. Candidates will be supported by us for six months in arranging interviews. Skill moulding program can be repeated without any extra cost till the candidate gets upgraded to our talent pool. 50 % of the fee will be refunded if the candidate does not get any interview opportunity within six months.
